Job Trials and Training Incentives
Our trainees have the drive and skills to succeed in your workplace, and our job trials and training incentives make it easy to demonstrate that.
We start by talking to you about the position you want to fill. Then we pre-screen eligible candidates to find someone with the skills and competencies to do the job. Once we have found a good match, we arrange a job trial so the person can learn on the job in your workplace. We work with you to arrange any accommodations that may be necessary for the person to succeed, and we’ll continue to support the trainee for at least six months after placement. If cost is an issue, we can make training incentives, or training dollars, available to help cover the cost of on the job training.
