Seven Success Factors for Effective Partnerships
Enhanced College Vocational, a partnership between PTP and George Brown College, offers a supported pathway to employment for neurodiverse youth, including those with mild intellectual disabilities.
Ontario Disability Employment Network (ODEN) recently examined the ongoing partnership and identified seven factors that make it successful and sustainable:
- Strong leadership
- Support from staff
- Trust
- Knowledge of each other
- Effective documentation
- Relationship building between partners and clients
- A growth mindset
