The opening
PTP is working directly with our employer partner to fill this new position. The company is a leading Canadian designer and manufacturer of high-pressure die casting tooling and moulds for light metal automotive components. They value craftsmanship, the latest design and manufacturing technologies, technical skills and diverse experience.
Job description
- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of blueprints and process sheets
- Programming is an asset
- Accurate, self-motivated, positive attitude, team player
- Proficient in English
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Minimum high school diploma with experience, or related technical background
- Day or afternoon shift available
- Wage: according to experience + benefits
- (Junior) machinists are welcome to apply (wage commensurate with experience)

Experience
- CNC machinist: 3 years (preferred)
