Time, cost and location

• Free program
• Four classes per week
• Online: Monday & Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• In-person at 815 Danforth Ave: Tuesday & Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Eligibility

You can take part if you:

• have a Social Insurance Number (SIN)
• are 18 or older
• have grade 12 or less
