Get weekly support: Meet each week for employment counselling, support, and advice on your job search. We can also guide you on education or training options.
Direct job leads with employers
Our staff work directly with employers to find job-ready candidates. Right now, we have over 30 job leads in:
- Healthcare and childcare: PSWs, pharmacy techs, ECAs, ECEs
- Tech and IT: software developers, system administrators
- Warehouse and labour: forklift drivers, packers, assemblers
- Security: guards, crossing guards
- Food service: bakers and cooks
- Sales and retail: cashiers, sales assistants, customer service reps
Free support to help you start work
We can cover your costs for finding, starting, and keeping a job, including:
- Training, licences, and certificates: forklift, food handler, Smart Serve, CPR/first aid, background checks, and more
- Safety equipment: glasses, gloves, work boots
- Clothing for interviews and starting work
- PRESTO passes
- Work tools

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We provide services online and at two locations in Toronto:
- At our West centre at 5353 Dundas Street West, Toronto, close to Kipling subway station
- At our East centre at 815 Danforth Ave, Toronto, between Pape and Donlands subway stations
To take part, you must be eligible to work in Canada, be living in Ontario, and be of legal working age. Because of funding, the program is not open to International Students or Temporary Foreign Workers. You can take part if you are a:
- Canadian Citizen
- Permanent Resident
- Refugee Claimant
- Convention Refugee
- Protected Person
