Eligibility
This program is open to newcomers with a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of 5 or higher. Newcomers include:
- Permanent Residents
- Convention Refugees
- Protected Persons
- Ukrainian Temporary Residents (CUAET)
- Live-In Caregivers
- International Francophone Students
