If you’re a woman new to Canada and want to start your career, this free 8-week program gives you the tools, support, and confidence to move forward. You’ll build a career plan, improve your resume and interview skills, and earn certificates employers want, all in a friendly, supportive space.

Time, cost and location

Free program funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
From April 20 to June 12, 2026
From 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Four days a week:

Mondays and Thursdays online
Tuesdays and Wednesdays in-person at 5353 Dundas Street West

Who can join

This program is open to women are who newcomers to Canada. Newcomers include:

Permanent Residents
Convention Refugees
Protected Persons
Live-In Caregivers
Palestinians from Gaza (MOME2023)
