- Mondays and Thursdays online
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays in-person at 5353 Dundas Street West

This program is open to women are who newcomers to Canada. Newcomers include:
- Permanent Residents
- Convention Refugees
- Protected Persons
- Live-In Caregivers
- Palestinians from Gaza (MOME2023)
