Assessment & Learning Tools

PTP has produced many popular resources to help adult literacy learners develop the skills they need to connect with meaningful employment. We offer professional development on these resources to support workforce education delivery. Central to our resource offerings is the Communications and Math Employment Readiness Assessment (CAMERA) System. Practitioners across Canada use the associated assessment tools and training resources as they develop Skills for Success programming.

Communications and Math Employment Readiness Assessment (CAMERA) System

PTP’s proprietary system of testing allows trained assessors to determine and develop a learner’s abilities to manage workplace communications and numeracy tasks. CAMERA tests are the heart of the CAMERA System, a set of standardized, integrated resources that can be used to support learners engaged in upgrading. You must be a trained assessor to administer the tests.
